The Role
A well-funded B2B SaaS company serving the professional services sector is hiring a Product Manager to own a core area of their platform. You will work closely with engineering, design and commercial teams to define and deliver product improvements that directly impact customer retention and expansion revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap for your area — from discovery through to delivery
Conduct customer research, user interviews and data analysis to identify opportunities
Write clear, well-prioritised product requirements and user stories
Work in agile sprints with an engineering team of 5-7 people
Define and track KPIs for your product area
Present roadmap and progress to senior leadership and customers
Collaborate with sales and customer success on go-to-market for new features
Requirements
3+ years B2B SaaS product management experience
Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL and product analytics tools
Experience working in agile engineering teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer-first mindset with a track record of shipping impactful features
Right to work in the United Kingdom
