The Role

A highly regarded construction and infrastructure consultancy in Bristol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their client-side team. You will manage projects across commercial, residential and public sector clients, taking full ownership from feasibility through to handover on projects valued up to £50m.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery from inception to completion on behalf of clients

  • Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications

  • Procure and manage design teams and contractors

  • Administer NEC and JCT contracts

  • Chair project meetings and produce progress reports

  • Manage change control and dispute resolution

  • Mentor junior project managers within the team


Requirements

  • Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering

  • Minimum 7 years UK construction project management experience

  • Experience administering NEC3/4 or JCT contracts

  • APM PMQ or equivalent qualification preferred

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Right to work in the United Kingdom
