The Role
A highly regarded construction and infrastructure consultancy in Bristol is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their client-side team. You will manage projects across commercial, residential and public sector clients, taking full ownership from feasibility through to handover on projects valued up to £50m.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project delivery from inception to completion on behalf of clients
Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder communications
Procure and manage design teams and contractors
Administer NEC and JCT contracts
Chair project meetings and produce progress reports
Manage change control and dispute resolution
Mentor junior project managers within the team
Requirements
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management or Engineering
Minimum 7 years UK construction project management experience
Experience administering NEC3/4 or JCT contracts
APM PMQ or equivalent qualification preferred
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Right to work in the United Kingdom

Salary £55,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
