The Role We are working with a regional housebuilder seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take full ownership of a residential development of 80 to 150 units. You will manage all site operations from groundworks through to handover.
Responsibilities
Full site management from mobilisation to completion
Managing subcontractors, labour and material supply chains
Ensuring programme, budget and quality targets are met
Conducting NHBC inspections and managing snagging process
Mentoring junior site staff
Requirements
Minimum 5 years site management experience on residential schemes
SMSTS certificate
First Aid at Work
CSCS Black Card (Site Manager)
Strong knowledge of NHBC standards
