The Role
A growing structural and civil engineering consultancy in Manchester is looking for a Structural Engineer to join their busy design team. You will work on a wide variety of projects including residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments across the North West.
The company has an excellent reputation for staff development and actively supports engineers working towards their IStructE or ICE chartership.
Key Responsibilities
Structural analysis and design of steel, concrete, timber and masonry structures
Production of calculations, drawings and specifications
Coordination with architects, contractors and other consultants
Site visits and inspections during construction
Working within project budgets and programme timescales
Contributing to the company's BIM implementation
Requirements
Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng)
3-7 years UK structural design experience
Proficient in Revit, Tekla or similar structural software
Experience with steel and reinforced concrete design to Eurocodes
Chartered or working towards IStructE or ICE chartership
Right to work in the United Kingdom

What's On Offer
Salary £45,000 – £58,000 depending on experience
